Blood Speaks

As we are celebrating the greatest time of the year, Jesus resurrection the importance, and the power of his blood has been on my heart. I am so thankful for the gift of Jesus blood, and all that it bought for all believers (The total package).

Leviticus 17:11 For the life of the flesh is in the blood: and I have given it to you upon the altar to make an atonement for your souls: for it is the blood that maketh an atonement for the soul. Blood Speaks

Genesis 4:9 And the LORD said unto Cain, Where is Abel thy brother? And he said, I know not: Am I my brother's keeper?

Genesis 4:10 And he said, What hast thou done? the voice of thy brother's blood crieth unto me from the ground.

Genesis 4:11 And now art thou cursed from the earth, which hath opened her mouth to receive thy brother's blood from thy hand;

Genesis 4:12 When thou tillest the ground, it shall not henceforth yield unto thee her strength; a fugitive and a vagabond shalt thou be in the earth.

Cain killed his brother Abel, and here we learn that blood has a voice and cries out. Not only that, but we also see that there is a judgement that comes against those who shed innocent blood. Under the new covenant though we being (people in general) have the opportunity while time last to repent.

Hebrews 12:24 Speaks of this incident with Abel, but tells us this...

Hebrews 12:24 (K.J.V.) And to Jesus the mediator of the new covenant, and to the blood of sprinkling, that speaketh better things than that of Abel.

The A.M.P. version of the Bible goes a little deeper...

Hebrews12:24 and to Jesus, the Mediator of a new covenant [uniting God and man], and to the sprinkled blood, which speaks [of mercy], a better and nobler and more gracious message than the blood of Abel [which cried out for vengeance].

There are four main components in blood:The plasma that the blood carries contains water, salts, enzymes, antibodies and other proteins. That is vital for the body to live. Scripture says...

Philippians 4:19 But my God shall supply all your need according to his riches in glory by Christ Jesus.

The Red blood cells helps carry oxygen from the lungs to the rest of the body and then returns carbon dioxide from the body to the lungs so it can be exhaled. Scripture says...

1 John 1:7 But if we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we have fellowship one with another, and the blood of Jesus Christ his Son cleanseth us from all sin.

Hebrews 13:12 Wherefore Jesus also, that he might sanctify the people with his own blood, suffered without the gate.

John 14:6 Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.

White blood cells fight infections from bacteria, viruses, fungi. and other pathogens (organisms that cause infection). Scripture says...

Revelations 12:10 And I heard a loud voice saying in heaven, Now is come salvation, and strength, and the kingdom of our God, and the power of his Christ: for the accuser of our brethren is cast down, which accused them before our God day and night.

Revelations 12:11 And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb, and by the word of their testimony; and they loved not their lives unto the death.

Platelets are tiny blood cells that help your body form clots to stop bleeding. If one of your blood vessels gets damaged, it sends out signals that are picked up by platelets. The platelets then rush to the site of damage and form a plug, or clot, to repair the damage. Scripture says...

1 Peter 1:19 But with the precious blood of Christ, as of a lamb without blemish and without spot:

Psalms 91:1 He that dwelleth in the secret place of the most High shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty.

Psalms 91:2 I will say of the LORD, He is my refuge and my fortress: my God; in him will I trust.

Psalms 91:3 Surely he shall deliver thee from the snare of the fowler, and from the noisome pestilence.

Psalms 91:4 He shall cover thee with his feathers, and under his wings shalt thou trust: his truth shall be thy shield and buckler.

As we know the blood type comes from the Father of the child, which leads me to conclude that Jesus blood, and the redemptive power in it, came from God. The way Jesus's earthly body looked came from his mother Mary. There is so much more that could be said about this precious blood, and how it speaks for us.

Hebrews 9:22 And almost all things are by the law purged with blood; and without shedding of blood is no remission.

Romans 5:8 But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.

Romans 5:9 Much more then, being now justified by his blood, we shall be saved from wrath through him.

Revelations 1:5 And from Jesus Christ, who is the faithful witness, and the first begotten of the dead, and the prince of the kings of the earth. Unto him that loved us, and washed us from our sins in his own blood.

Ephesians 2:13 But now in Christ Jesus ye who sometimes were far off are made nigh by the blood of Christ.

John 3:16 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.

What has your faith, and believing in God's Word allowed the blood of Jesus to accomplish for you today. Redemption is a finished work, Jesus's last words on the cross were "It is finished".

So what is His blood speaking over you today? Could it be he/she is saved, healed, delivered, the list goes on and on, it is a big benefits package that we are entitled to when we believe on the Lord Jesus, and confess Him as our Savior.

Thank you for your precious blood Jesus, Love you!!! Have a great "Resurrection Day"
